| What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa? |
| The house sleeps 14, 12 in 6 bedrooms and 2 on a sofa sleeper. |
| What is your policy on Smoking and Pets? |
| Smoking and Pets are prohibited in these houses. The houses are fitted with smoke alarms and pets make it more difficult to keep the house at our desired level of cleanliness. |
| How far away are the main attractions? |
| The villa is the closest residential community from the Theme Parks, and is only 2 miles from Disney World. Sea World, Universal etc are all within close proximity of the main theme park 'area'. |
| What equipment does the kitchen contain |
| The kitchen contains everything you would expect - cooking utensils, refrigerator, coffee machine etc. |
| What are the cleaning arrangements for the property? |
| The property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You may request to have the property cleaned during your stay if you wish, at an additional cost. |
| How do we find the villa? |
| You will be given directions to the office of our management company which is 0.5 miles from the villa. There you will check in and be given keys and directions to the home. |
| Is bed linen/towels supplied? |
| The villa has a full selection of clean bed linen, towels and beach towels. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you may top-up as required. |
| Does the villa have laundry facilities? |
| Yes, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board on the property. |

| The villa has a full selection of clean bed linen, towels and beach towels. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you may top-up as required. |
| Is the pool heated? |
| The pool can be heated for an additional cost (see terms and conditions). We would recommend pool heat from October to May. |
| Are there stores/restaurants near by? |
| The villa is situated only minutes from a 24 hour supermarket. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away and houses many exclusive designer stores. There is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre 2 minutes away. There are also a wealth of restaurants very close to the property, and international drive is just a few minutes away. Tourists are very well catered for in Orlando. |

| You will be able to contact our local property management company if theres anything you need. As they are only 0.5 miles from the house you can be sure that there'll be someone to help you should you encounter any difficulties or have any questions. |
